Due to the inherent nature and process of hand formed ceramics, each item’s color, shape or size may vary slightly making no two pieces exactly alike. I strive for a consistency in replicating each work but ask that you please take into consideration that each piece, made with my two hands, will be unique.

Shipping

Each order is packaged with great care and I use recycled packing material as much as possible in an effort to minimize my ecological footprint.

I ship USPS Priority. Because of the way my checkout process is set up, (without being able to assign pricing based on regions) my shipping charges are based on the furthest distance from me (i.e. from Philadelphia to California) If your shipping price comes out to be less than what you were charged any overages above $5 will be refunded to you when the order is ready to ship out.

Shipping calculations are based on the size and weight of each item and it’s possible when purchasing multiple items the software could estimate incorrectly during checkout.  If the shipping fees are calculated too high I refund of the overages when the order is ready to ship out.

Returns

No refunds or exchanges are offered unless the item is damaged during shipping. In the unlikely event of damage during shipment, please contact me within 7 days of receipt and keep all of the packaging. I will provide further instructions, including requesting a photograph of the damaged item and packaging so an insurance claim can be filed and I will begin the process of getting a replacement piece to you as soon as possible.
